Asolo turns Pink......diventa Rosa!

In addition to the normal blog post for Saturday, we are including a separate section which is totally focused on the wonderful 'dressing' of the town in celebration of the Giro d'Italia bicycle race.  We mentioned the 'rosa' theme before........a fun kind of transformation of the historic center of the town.  Almost all of the shops and stores participated.  There are probably more images here than anyone might want to gaze at, but we found it quite extraordinary.  It was if the entire town became a stage set for the performance of a wonderful theatrical performance.  The spirit of the event was conveyed through a unique kind of choreography.  Enough said, enjoy the photos!
